James has worked in the sports and corporate travel arena for 15 years; starting as a junior travel consultant and progressing to senior management which has paved the way for him to deliver his passion for customer care as owner of On-Side Travel Management, and to specialise solely in corporate and sports travel.
Damian Flower
Damian has worked in the Travel Industry for over 30 years, supporting corporate travel management across a varied client base and multiple industries including automotive, marketing, health, manufacturing, and financial services. Damian has previously worked as the Travel Operations Manager at McLaren, allowing him to combine his passion for travel and motorsport whilst developing his skills for personal and group travel, alongside delivering event management to the highest standards, with flexibility as an integral element.
