With over 25 years experience in maritime education and operational leadership, Chris has built a career focused on developing high quality training provision that meets the evolving needs of the industry. His expertise spans curriculum design, regulatory compliance, and managing large scale training operations, with a particular emphasis on delivering impactful learning outcomes.

As UKSA’s representative and Training Ambassador to British Superyacht, Chris is a passionate advocate for professional development within the superyacht sector. He works closely with industry partners to identify skills gaps, support workforce development, and champion pathways that open doors for the next generation of crew and shoreside professionals.
