Emma joined Aon as the Global Yacht Leader in March 2020 after spending almost 13 years at Willis Towers Watson servicing some of the world’s largest superyacht clients. Emma’s 20 plus years of experience, relationships, well respected reputation, understanding of yacht clients and vast knowledge of market appetite/capacity has proven invaluable for existing and new Aon clients.

AON GLOBAL YACHT PRACTICE At Aon, the Global Yacht Practice combines a wealth of experience and market knowledge to manage insurance and risk. They look after a number of the world’s largest superyachts with values of up to €/$800m, yachts and pleasure craft on a global scale. Aon’s global reach and expertise brings together over 15 colleagues globally who focus on yacht risk management. The team work towards providing a personal service.
